- Buyer account: profile created by the buyer
- Fees: it’s the amount paid by the buyer when making an order

By sign up for an account, you warrant us that you are an individual of legal age (equal or higher than 18 years old).To form a binding contract, you warrant that you made a food business registration within your local council and use our website in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you in your country. Chez Yemma Cuisine will not be responsible if a user breaks our intern policies explained in this document and the UK law. Our website chezyemmacuisine.co.uk allows only to sell homemade food and selling everything else is completely forbidden.

- The profile of all the cooks Sellers and their reviews
- The geolocation features
How the website works
As a home cook Seller or a Buyer, you must select a password and pseudonym. You may provide us certain information such as contact information: email; phone number, address. You warrant to provide us the right and accurate information about yourself.
- Inscription as a Buyer
As a Buyer, you must provide us your ID information such as your firstname, family name, age, postcode, phone number and your email address.
- Inscription as a home cook Seller
As a home cook Seller, you must provide us your ID information such as your firstname, family name, age, postcode, phone number and your email address. In accordance with the law, you must provide us your food business registration with your local council.
You must have a Stripe account to be able to receive payment.
Without that, you cannot use our services to sell your homemade meals.
- Buyer access to services
Once you have registered, you can choose a cook Seller according to their specialty and location. For more information about the payment method, we invite you to read the section payment method.
The Buyer is responsible for informing the cook Seller about any food allergy concerns. Chez Yemma Cuisine cannot guarantee that the order will be prepared as requested and Chez Yemma Cuisine will not be responsible for any illness or health problem that could occur after eating any delivered cooked dishes.
Once the order has been placed and delivered, the Buyer can submit a review.
- Cook Seller access to services
Once you have registered, you will have access to your dashboard. In that space, you can choose one of the specialties available and publish the dishes that you want to cook. You can also add information such as halal, vegan by selecting those tags. By choosing those tags, you warrant us to only use halal or vegan products. Chez Yemma Cuisine does not verify this information. To maintain the quality of our service, we ask our cooks to choose only dishes they master.
Chez Yemma Cuisine is only responsible for connecting cook Seller and Buyer, therefore we will not be responsible for the food quality, and we can’t guarantee the information provided by the cook Seller about food quality is accurate. Therefore, we won’t be responsible for ensuring that the dishes made by a cook are up to a certain standard of quality. However, we make sure that the cook Seller is registered with their local council for food registration business.
As a home cook Seller, they can provide a list of ingredients that they used to prepare the dishes. Chez Yemma Cuisine is not responsible for the accuracy of these information provided by the cook Seller.
Therefore, Chez Yemma Cuisine is not responsible for the food quality and can’t guarantee that the information about the food, the Buyer and the Cook Seller are accurate or up to date.
To register as a cook Seller in our website chezyemmacuisine.co.uk, we ask for two required documents which are:
copy of the ID
proof of food business registration in the local council.
- However we can not guarantee the authenticity of the above documents and we are not responsible if any of the above documents provided to us are fake. We can not guarantee that the cook Seller will comply with UK law or regulation.
Order information
After registering, the cook Seller must state the time frame (notice time) to prepare dishes.
When ordering, the Buyer can leave a specific message to the cook Seller to customize the order such as allergies, the convenient time frame to prepare the order. This time frame can not be lower than the time frame stated by the cook Seller.
The cook Seller may limit or cancel quantities of dishes purchased and he/she reserves the right to refuse any order. If that happens, the Buyer will be informed, and the transaction will not be completed.
The Buyer may cancel the order until it has been accepted by the cook Seller.
Payment method
In order to use the processing of payment, the Buyer declares to have read and accepted the terms of use, and the privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these terms.
Currently, our payment processor is STRIPE, and you can access STRIPE terms of service at https://stripe.com/us/checkout/legal
To pay your order, you need to use your credit card
You agree to only make payment using the above payment method.
When ordering, the Buyer is solely responsible for the transmission of his/her bank details.
We are not responsible for any inconvenience, technical problem error or other acts of omissions by the payment processor during the process of payment. By choosing to buy dishes from a cook Seller using our services, you agree to pay us all charges for any dishes in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
The Buyer is responsible for paying the cook Seller by using our payment processor.
If you do not agree with our policies, you should not use our website.
Delivery
At Chez Yemma Cuisine, the Buyer has the choice between collecting his/her order from the Cook Seller address or to be delivered at his/her address.
The delivery option is available only if the cook Seller allows it and it is the cook Seller's responsibility to deliver the dishes.
The cook Seller address will be provided to the Buyer once the order is paid through the website.
It is the seller's responsibility to deliver the dishes
It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify that the dishes sold correspond to the product described in the ad. Chez Yemma Cuisine can not be responsible for making sure that the dishes are up to a certain standard of quality.
In absence of any claim or confirmation, the transaction will be completed.
Chez Yemma Cuisine is not responsible for any damage occurring when the Buyer or the cook Seller goes to collect/deliver the food ordered. Chez Yemma Cuisine can not be responsible for any undesirable, unpredictable events that could occur to the Buyer or to the cook Seller during the food collection. Chez Yemma Cuisine is absolutely not responsible for any kind of violence or crime that could be made by the Buyer or the cook Seller or anyone else during the food collection or delivery period time.
Cancellation and claims
Cancellation:
Buyer can cancel the transaction until the cook Seller has confirmed the request. Then, when the cook Seller accepts the request, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal.
The cook Seller can cancel the transaction until he/she has not confirmed the request. In that case, the Buyer will be informed, and he/she will not be charged.
Claims:
If the following conditions are met, the Buyers can make a request:
- In the event of lack of conformity: if the product ordered from the cook Seller does not comply with the agreement, then the Buyer can inform Chez Yemma Cuisine in our site chezyemmacuisine.co.uk,
- If the dishes have not been delivered in accordance with the contract, the Buyer must inform Chez Yemma Cuisine within 24 hours.
Please, be advised that an investigation will be carried out and we will take the time needed to analyze your request. However, a request does not guarantee a refund of your order.
Fees and services
Using chezyemmacuisine.co.uk is free, but we sometimes charge a fee for certain services like the payment services. There is no charge for the cook Seller except if he/she uses his/her account to order something. Buyers will have to pay service charges.
When ordering, the Buyer will be able to see the service charges that are added to the order price. For each purchase, Chez Yemma Cuisine takes 10% of the order amount with a minimum of 0.99 pounds Sterling.
In case of claim, the price applied by the cook Seller on the day of the order will be applied.
Our fees are quoted in pounds sterling, and we may change them from time to time.
We will notify all the Users of any changes made about our fee policy by posting an announcement on chezyemmacuisine.co.uk or by email.
Customers reviews
If you are a Buyer, Chez Yemma Cuisine allows you to publish Reviews about the meal you have purchased. To submit Reviews, you must accept these terms. The purpose is to leave an unbiased opinion to guide and advise the other Users and improve cook Seller performance.
Reviews can be composed of a rating and a commentary. To submit it, you must have a first experience with the cook Seller or his/her meals.
- The Buyer may submit a rating from 1 to 5.
- The Buyer may submit a comment on dishes or the cook Seller.
The available scores on the profile of a cook Seller or dishes result from the arithmetic average of all the ratings for one product and they will be available on the cook/dish profile.
By submitting reviews, the Buyer agrees to :
- Not submit reviews with offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or hateful content.
- Not use these sections for personal, advertising or promotional purposes and to not submit references to illegal activity.
- Not post false statements and statements that violate any applicable law or regulation.
If a user considers that a comment published, whether concerning him/her, does not comply with the above elements, then he/she can report it by clicking on the report button and explaining the problem. Chez Yemma Cuisine reserves the right to remove any reviews if it does not comply with the conditions above.
Reviews are kept as long as the author's account is active and if the author deletes his/her account, the author's opinion will be anonymized
Rights and restrictions

Provide any wrong information when registering or completing your account profile and you warrant us to provide only valid documents when using our website.

You warrant us that all information that you provide is accurate.

As a cook Seller, you warrant us that you:
- That you use our service as a User and to agree with all the conditions above.
- Have all applicable, valid licenses required (Food business registration done with your local council) to sell homemade meals through our service.
- Are solely responsible for identifying and obtaining any applicable regulatory, certificate, registration or other requirement to sell meals through our service.
- Have a location where you are permitted by the law to cook food.
- Only sell dishes that you master and provide by yourself all the ingredients and tools required to cook. And in application with the law, you have to highlight to the buyer all major allergens you use to prepare your meals.
- Ensure the availability of published dishes and ensure that you will fulfill meal order on time as agreed with the Buyer.
- Contact the Buyer only through the site, and you are not allowed to collect any information from or relating to Buyer beyond what is necessary to cook and deliver the meals
- You will accept and provide meals at the agreed time and on the agreed terms
- Agree to not publish false information or representation about your meals.
- Will not hire other people to prepare or deliver the various dishes, and to take full responsibility for their preparation and delivery.
As a Buyer you warrant us that you:
- Use our service as a User and you agree with all the User’s conditions above.
- Communicate with cooks Sellers only through the site and you are not allowed to collect any information from or relating to our cooks Seller beyond what is necessary.
- Will pay the order amount which is the sum of the different dishes prices and the service charges. Service charges attributable to the sale on any meals will be displayed to Buyers before paying.
- Will inform the cook Seller if you have any allergies or intolerance and you accept that Chez Yemma Cuisine shall not be liable for any illness, health problem that result from any order.
Responsibility of Chez Yemma Cuisine
Users consent that Chez Yemma Cuisine connects home cooks Sellers that provide homemade meals and those looking to acquire those meals (Buyers).This is not a temporary employment agency and Chez Yemma Cuisine does not hire Cooks.
Even if chezyemmacuisine.co.uk requires that Cooks Sellers have to register for Food business registration with the local council and Kitchen inspection, we do not verify and we are not responsible for the quality, food freshness, and the price provided by the cook Seller. We are not responsible for the payment, and we cannot guarantee the financial capacity of Buyers.
Chez Yemma Cuisine shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Users as a result of using the service. It cannot be held responsible for any physical or moral damage resulting from the use of the service or if Users fail to meet their legal and contractual obligations
Chez Yemma Cuisine does not guarantee the availability, functionality or security of the tools and software available on the site or, to a lesser extent, the disturbance of use that may cause computer and material damage to users.
Content moderation
If a User does not respect these terms and the conditions above, Chez Yemma Cuisine reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a User account without notice and compensation.
Chez Yemma Cuisine can suspend access to any User and any transactions in progress in case of suspected fraud of any kind.
Right of withdrawal
By registering, all Users must agree to the present conditions, and their application is effective as soon as they are accepted. The User may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of acceptance. The User acknowledges that he/she is responsible for any action taken through his/her personal account when using the platform and he/she accepts that Chez Yemma Cuisine keep bills and charges after his/her utilization
Intellectual Property Rights
Excluding User content, Chez Yemma Cuisine owns all rights, and intellectual property rights relating to the structure, the content (images, videos, logos, documents), the technology and software, data base (like dishes list or anything else).
Chez Yemma Cuisine is the producer of the databases linked to the site. Any use or extraction of all or part of these databases, by Users or non-Users, is prohibited.
The chezyemmacuisine.co.uk name and logos are service marks of Chez Yemma Cuisine and Nothing in this Agreement or the Service shall be interpreted as granting any right to use the Chez Yemma Cuisine Marks without our prior written consent.

The available scores on the profile of a cook Seller or dishes result from the arithmetic average of all the ratings for one product and they will be available on the cook/dish profile.
By submitting reviews, the Buyer agrees to :
- Not submit reviews with offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or hateful content.
- Not use these sections for personal, advertising or promotional purposes and to not submit references to illegal activity.
- Not post false statements and statements that violate any applicable law or regulation.
If a user considers that a comment published, whether concerning him/her, does not comply with the above elements, then he/she can report it by clicking on the report button and explaining the problem. Chez Yemma Cuisine reserves the right to remove any reviews if it does not comply with the conditions above.
Reviews are kept as long as the author's account is active and if the author deletes his/her account, the author's opinion will be anonymized
Rights and restrictions

As a cook Seller, you warrant us that you:
- That you use our service as a User and to agree with all the conditions above.
- Have all applicable, valid licenses required (Food business registration done with your local council) to sell homemade meals through our service.
- Are solely responsible for identifying and obtaining any applicable regulatory, certificate, registration or other requirement to sell meals through our service.
- Have a location where you are permitted by the law to cook food.
- Only sell dishes that you master and provide by yourself all the ingredients and tools required to cook. And in application with the law, you have to highlight to the buyer all major allergens you use to prepare your meals.
- Ensure the availability of published dishes and ensure that you will fulfill meal order on time as agreed with the Buyer.
- Contact the Buyer only through the site, and you are not allowed to collect any information from or relating to Buyer beyond what is necessary to cook and deliver the meals
- You will accept and provide meals at the agreed time and on the agreed terms
- Agree to not publish false information or representation about your meals.
- Will not hire other people to prepare or deliver the various dishes, and to take full responsibility for their preparation and delivery.
As a Buyer you warrant us that you:
- Use our service as a User and you agree with all the User’s conditions above.
- Communicate with cooks Sellers only through the site and you are not allowed to collect any information from or relating to our cooks Seller beyond what is necessary.
- Will pay the order amount which is the sum of the different dishes prices and the service charges. Service charges attributable to the sale on any meals will be displayed to Buyers before paying.
- Will inform the cook Seller if you have any allergies or intolerance and you accept that Chez Yemma Cuisine shall not be liable for any illness, health problem that result from any order.
Responsibility of Chez Yemma Cuisine
Users consent that Chez Yemma Cuisine connects home cooks Sellers that provide homemade meals and those looking to acquire those meals (Buyers).This is not a temporary employment agency and Chez Yemma Cuisine does not hire Cooks.
Even if chezyemmacuisine.co.uk requires that Cooks Sellers have to register for Food business registration with the local council and Kitchen inspection, we do not verify and we are not responsible for the quality, food freshness, and the price provided by the cook Seller. We are not responsible for the payment, and we cannot guarantee the financial capacity of Buyers.
Chez Yemma Cuisine shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Users as a result of using the service. It cannot be held responsible for any physical or moral damage resulting from the use of the service or if Users fail to meet their legal and contractual obligations
Chez Yemma Cuisine does not guarantee the availability, functionality or security of the tools and software available on the site or, to a lesser extent, the disturbance of use that may cause computer and material damage to users.
Content moderation
If a User does not respect these terms and the conditions above, Chez Yemma Cuisine reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a User account without notice and compensation.
Chez Yemma Cuisine can suspend access to any User and any transactions in progress in case of suspected fraud of any kind.
Right of withdrawal
By registering, all Users must agree to the present conditions, and their application is effective as soon as they are accepted. The User may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of acceptance.
