Welcome to all Users

Want to share your culinary talents? You've come to the right place, but first a few hygiene rules.
In order to guarantee the respect of the compliance with best-practice standards and to protect you and consumers, Chez Yemma Cuisine takes measurements:
to verify the identities of all the cook Sellers
to verify that all the cook Sellers have registered at their local council before to cook dishes from home.
to ensure the quality of dishes available by setting up a rating and reporting system.

Sanitary recommendations

Here are a few recommendations to reduce the risk of food intoxication:
wash your hands thoroughly before and after cooking with water and soap.
If food spills into the fridge, clean it with a detergent. The refrigerator should beĀ  cleaned as often as necessary and at least once in a year.
a chopping board for each type of food: reserve a board for meat and raw fish and another for vegetables and cooked products
to reduce the risk of germs proliferation, do not keep food more than 2 hours outside the refrigerator.
a maximum of 3 days is recommended for the conservation of dishes and products with no expiry date. This is also recommended for pastries and cream.
keep the fridge at 4 degrees and check their doors for leaks.
to prevent pathogenic elements, children and pregnant women should eat meat cooked to perfection. The consumption of raw fish and meat is not recommended for them too.

For further information, we strongly recommend you to check the 4Cs of food hygiene (Cleaning, Cooking, Chilling, Cross-contamination) in the official UK government website about kitchen and cooking hygiene by clicking on the link below:
